This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Walker Clerk Rector of Cosgrove in the County of Northampton made this eighth day of May in the Year of our Lord Christ 1809 in manner following that is to say I commit my Soul to Almighty God in humble hope of his mercy through Jesus Christ my will and desire that my funeral may be as little expensive as possible all my household Goods furniture plate linen china linen ready money and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of every nature kind and sort soever I give and bequeath the same and every part there of to my dear Wife Amelia Walker whom I do hereby make and constitute and appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have to this last Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the day and Year first above written Chas Walker Signed Sealed Published and declared by the testator Charles Walker as and for his last Will and Testament in the Presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Wits at his request in his Presence and in the Presence of each other Thomas Ewesden Cosgrove Nortonshire Robert Walker Clerk Biggleswade Beds
