The form of the Oath to be Administered to Christopher Rigby Sen laying his hand upon the Byble

Ye Oath is that Henry Rigby decease made no will as you know of you shall well and truly Administer his Goods and Chattells and Creditts, by paying his debts and other dues that he owed at the time of his decease so far as his personal Estate will amount and by Law you are bound and likewise you shall make and Exhibit into the Registry of the above named Reverend Father  a fine and perfect Inventory of all the deceases personal Estate that comes to your knowledge or possession and an Account of your Administration with you shall be lawfully required so help you God
