Anthonie Rigbee 1632

In ye name of God Amen: I Anthonie Rigbee of Cosgrave in ye County of Northampton yeoman being sicke and waeke of body but of perfect memory praised be Almightie God doe this Six and Twentieth day of February Ano dni 1631 make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manor following And first I give my Soule to Almightie God my maker of whom I hope for forgiveness of all my sinnes  through the merittes of Jesus Christ my Saviour And my Body to be buried in Churchyard of the parish Church of Cosgrave aforesaid

Item I give and bequeath unto my sonne William Rigbee Tenn pounds of currant English money to be payd him Five pounds a yeare within Two yeares next after my decease.

Item I give to my daughter Alice Beacham Twelve pence

Item I give to my daughter Susan Thorne xijd [12d]

Item I give to my daughter Margaret wood xijd [12d]

Item I give to my daughter Phillip Emerson xijd [12d]

Item I give to every of my grandchildren xijd [12d]

Item I give to my brother George Rigbee xijd [12d]

Item I give to everyone of my brother George Rigbees Children xijd [12d]

Item I give to my Cosen Nathaniell Rigbee xijd [12d]

Item I give to the repayre of the Church of Cosgrave five shillings

Item I give to ye releefe of the poore people of Cosgrave five shillings

Item I give to three household servants Ten shillings to be equally devided among them

Item all the rest of my goods and Chattells as well movables as imoveabls whatsoever remaining all former Wills and bequests all my debts payd and funeral discharged I give and bequeath unto my sonne Henry Rigbee whom I make and ordayne my wholl and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament In wittnes whereof I have here unto sett hand and seale the day and yeare above written
