This is the last Will and Testament of me Robert Pittam of Furtho Northamptonshire Farmer First I appoint my nephew John Pittam and my nephew Henry Pittam my Executors of this my Will I give to my nephew John Pittam all my books and my bookcase I also give to him and his Brother Robert Pittam all my Cloathes and warring apparel to be equally divided between them I give and bequeath to my niece Ann Pittam all my plate china glass and linen I wish my executors to sell by Auction all the rest of my furniture life and dead stock and effects as soon as may be convenient after my decease and I wish my nephew John Pittam to have the farm at the expiration of the dead [deed] year with the approbation of the trustees I give to my sister Maria Roach an annuity of twenty pounds per year during her natural life for her own sole and separate use and to be free from the control or debts of her husband and at her decease the principal ½ and to be divided equally between the then surviving Children of my brother John Pittam or their children or the other one half to be equally divided between the Children of my late brother William Pittam or their Children I give to my sister Rebecca Orsborn the legacy or sum of Nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings if she should not be living at the time of my decease the legacy to go to her daughter and Pittam I give to my brother John Pittam the legacy or sum of Nineteen pounds and nineteen shillings if he should not be living at the time of my decease the legacy to go to his wife or her family if she be not living I give and bequeath the legacy of Two hundred pounds each or a piece to the Children of my brother John Pittam namely William Pittam Frances Pittam Maria Pittam and Eunice Pittam and if any of them be dead at the time of my decease their share or shares to be equally divided between the other survivors of them I give to my nephew Robert Pittam the sum of seven shillings a week during his natural life I give and bequeath the legacy of Two hundred pounds to my nephew William Pittam son of my late Brother William Pittam or if he does not survive me to his children to be equally divided between them I give to my niece Anne Pittam the legacy of Two hundred pounds and if she should not survive me and leave no Family her share to be equally divided between her brothers and their Familys I give and bequeath the Rest or Remainder of my property of all kinds that is to say all monies book debts and securities whatsoever to my two executors and administrators John Pittam and Henry Pittam my nephews Lastly I revoke all former wills and declare this writing contained on two sheets of paper to be my last Will In witness whereof I have hereunder set my hand and also my hand to the a preceding sheet of this my Will this 19th day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty five Robert to Pittam Signed by Robert Peter and the elder testator as his last Will and Testament in presents of us as being at the same time who at his request in his presents and in the presents of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses Wm Nichols Farmer William Boyes of Stony Stratford
