This is the Last Will and Testament of me Mary Anne Mansel of Cosgrove in the County of Northampton Spinster whereby I do dispose of all my Estate and Effects real and personal in manner and form following which is to say First that I direct that all my just Debts Funeral and Testamentary Charges and Expences be paid and I give and bequeath All my Estate and Effects and Property whatsoever in the County of Northampton to my Brother John C Mansel of Cosgrove to be by him divided into six equal shares or parts one share for himself one to his wife Maria Antonia Mansel one to Robert Mansel one to George Mansel and the remaining two to Henry Longueville Mansel my watch and all my other trinkets and clothes I give to my sister M. B. Mansel for her to dispose of and she chuses And I do appoints my Brother John Christopher Mansell Esq. of Cosgrove Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other Wills made by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof of I the said Mary Anne Mansel have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this 6th day of March in the year of our Lord 1801 Mary Anne Mansel Signed Sealed Published and Declared by the Testator Mary Anne Mansel as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other Richard Rudyard Ann Rudyard Harriet Ward
