Frances otherwise Fanny Jones 1837

The last Will and Testament of Fanny Jones I Fanny Jones of Cosgrove in the county of Northampton being of sound mind to make this my last Will and Testament I leave and bequeath unto my son of William Jones the clock in the house wherein I now reside unto my daughter Sarah Jones why leave and bequeath the remainder of my household furniture my bed linen and wearing apparel which I now possesses all which I may hereafter possess at the time of my decease And I further leave and bequeath all the Residue or Remainder of my personal Estate and property after the expenses of my funeral I have been defrayed and by just unlawful debts paid to be divided into three equal parts and distributed equally among my three children namely one such third part to be given to my son William Jones and other such third part to be given to my daughter Mary Ann the wife of Thomas Clark and the remaining one third to be given to my aforesaid daughter Sarah Jones Fanny Jones her X mark signed published and declared as my last Will and Testament this tenth day of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty five In the presence of us whose names are under written John Graham Rector of Cosgrove Anna Jane Line Rachel Kirby
