Inter Attornal Genal etc relacoe Wm Hartley Gent and Quer Thomam Ar.ohe Gent Matthew Johnson ad Th..e Bedford and Johem Buncher and Defles

In pursuance of 2 se…. Ords the one bearing date the fifth day of May last and the other the 21st of June last I have in the presence of the Solls. On both sides considered of the Mres thereby to me referred and have taken the Deft. Buncher’s Accots of the Rents and profits of the Lands and premises in Question since the death of the Lady Etheridge in the said ordr. Named which I find was on or about St Thomas day one thousand six hundred ninety one And have charged him with the rents and profitts of the Lands and premises in question from that time till Lady Day last being One year and a quarter amounting in the whole to £222=9. The particulars whereof and of the Arrears of Rents by him returned to being due amounting to £35:8s:3d are mentioned in a schedule hereunto him for taxes assessments and other Charges and Outgoings by him disbursed  and Layd out concerning the premises And for Moneys by him paid according to the direction of the Sd. Odr. Of the One and twentieth of June last to and for the Charitable Uses in the said Ord. mentioned and given by the Will of Edmund Arnold Esq. therein named the sevll summes of Money amounting in the schedule marked No 2do to this my Report also annexed And I have likewise considered of the Deft. Buncher’s Bill of Costs amounting to £36:13s:10d which I have thought fit to moderate and tax at ye summe of £27=18s=4d which being added to the said £133=12s-1d by him disbursed as aforesaid makes together the Summe of £161:10s:5d which being deducted out of the said summe of £222=8s by him recrd as aforesaid I find there will be remaining in his hands the summe of £60=18s=7d And I have thought fit to moderate and tax at the summe of £69=2s=5d in part of which summe so due to him The Deft. Buncher is to pay to him the said Summe of £60:18s;7d remaining in his hands as aforesaid And the residue being £8=3s=10d is to be paid out of ye profitts of the premises according to the Direction of the said Order on hearing And I have also considered of the Deft. The Trustees Bill of Costs amounting to £11:15s;4d which is likewise to be paid out of the profitts of the premises according to the directions of the said Order All which I humbly certifie and submit to the grave Judgement of this Honourable Court

Recits Whereas by my said Account reported and approved of in Chancery my receits came to £222=9s=0d  
  And my Disbursments etc amount to 133=12=1    
  And allowed me by the said Rept upon my Bill of Costs amounting to £30=13s=2d the summe of 27=18=4  
  to £36:13s:2d the summe of 27=18=4  
  Making together 161=10=5  
  So then remained 60=18=7  
       
  I Did according to the said Report pay the said sixty pounds Eighteen shillings and seven pence in part of the sixty nine pounds two shillings and five pence taxed for the Relator's Costs so that nothing then remained in my hands.
