Approved of at the annual meeting held this day, being Easter Monday. And a Levy of if neccesary.
|

At this meeting it was determined that some alterations should be made for the accommodation of the Parishioners in the Church, several landholders having complained that they had no seats. It was resolved that in the first instance a subscription should be entered into, and that in case it did not meet the expenses, the remainder of the same should be collected by rate.

At a Vestry held this day the accounts of the Churchwardens were examined & allowed by which there appears to be a balance of £6 11s 0½d due to the Churchwardens. Thomas Theophilus Dawson was nominated as Churchwarden by the Rector and Harris Baker was nominated as Parish Churchwarden for the next year. A Levy was ordered to be made at the Rate of fourpence in the pound. |
