Joan Rawlins 1691

In the name of God Amen The 11th day of June 1691 I Joan Rawlins of Cosgrave In the County of Northampton Widd Being of perfect Memory blessed be god and I ordaine this my Last Will and Testament as Followeth

Omit my soule unto the hand of almighty God hoping forgiveness of all my sinnes through his death and passion of Jesus Christ And as for my body to be buried In Christion burial according to the discretion of my Executors

I give unto my two granddaughters Ann Mansell and Elliz Franklin: all my personal estate and moveables

I give unto Mary Twitckens Fifty shillings

I give unto the Rest of Rich Twitchens Children Fifty shillings

I give unto Eliz King a Guney [Guinea = one pound one shilling]

I give unto Ann King Fourty shillings

I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Ann Mansell the some of Tenn Pound which is Mr Buncher oweth me

I give and bequeath unto my grandson Thomas Franknell one acre of arable Land that Is to say on land lying upon barley hill: And on land upon Long Rand.swell To him and his heirs for ever

I make and ordaine my Two granddaughters above and my soul Executors of this my will and Testament and to pay all those my Legaces within Twelve months after my decease
