George Mansel 1811

This is the Last Will and Testament of me George Mansel of Cosgrove in the County of Northampton Esquire  Made this fifteemth day of December in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand eight hundred and three in manner following that is to say I give and devise all my real Estate of every sort and kind soever situate at Cosgrove aforesaid or elsewhere in the Kingdom of Great Britain whereof I may die possessed or be any ways legally entitled to at the time of my death unto my dear brother John Christopher Mansel and to his heirs and Assigns for ever subject nevertheless And I do hereby charge the same and every part thereof with the payment of the usual some of one hundred pounds unto his Wife Maria Antonia Mansel yearly and  every year during the term of her natural life only I give and bequeath unto my said brother all and singular my personal estate whatsoever  and of every nature description kind and sort soever absolutely two and for his own use and benefit and it is my a will and desire and I do hereby direct that my a friend and tenant Thomas Ewesdin shall not he raised in his rent or disturbed in the Occupation of his farm so long now as he continues to pay his present rent and use the farm in a good and husbandlike manner And I do hereby make and constitute and appoint my said brother John Christopher Mansel sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this above to be and contain my true last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and Year first above written George Mansel Signed sealed Published and declared by the Testator George Mansel as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other Arthur Capes John Wood Edwd Jones
