Arnold & Mary his wife of the Manor of Furtho, the manor house & site, & lands at Furtho, Cosgrave, Potterspury & Old Stratford to the use of E. Arnold for life, then his wife for life as a jointure.

Arnold and Mary his wife of the Manor of Furtho, the manor house & site thereof & lands in Furtho, Cosgrave, Potterspury & Old Stratford (lands described) to the use of E. Arnold for life, then for life of Mary Arnold as a jointure, then to use of E.A's heirs & assigns.

Attached: Note (in hand of Edm. Arnold ?) stating that his deed inrolled is in the custody of Mr. Henry Keene, who has a mortgage on Furtho for £600, and that Keene is secretary and nephew of Bishop Laney of Ely.
